CrossFit Games

The NOBULL CrossFit Games 2022 are here and the winner will be crowned Sunday afternoon on CBS.

Notable at this year’s CrossFit Games is that Tia-Clair Toomey is trying to win her sixth consecutive “Fittest on Earth” title. The Australian athlete was a member of the 2016 Olympic team in Rio de Janeiro and also helped the Australian bobsleigh team qualify for the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing.

One of Toomey’s biggest competitors is Canadian Emma Lawson, who finished in second place at the 2021 CrossFit Games.

Some of Medeiros’ biggest leagues will come from Australian Ricky Garard, who is returning to competition for the first time in four years, as well as Canadian Patrick Vellner. Both are looking for their first title.

In total, an estimated 430 athletes from 39 countries will compete in the 2022 CrossFit Games in various divisions. The multi-event competition pits some of the world’s most elite athletes against each other in tests of endurance and strength.
